Thank God I bought the grinder!

After the first grind, it produced a really nice shot with an unpressurized basket!

But with the second grind, there was a knocking sound, and then the grind became very coarse, almost like sand. I contacted the page, fully convinced it had no warranty, but to my surprise, it does have a one-year warranty from the page. I explained what happened, and they sent me a replacement and took possession of the one with the problem. I didn’t even have to pay for shipping! Plus, I received a long call from the UAE to hear what happened and to get feedback on the service. Whether from Egypt or the UAE, I was really happy with the customer service. There’s just one more thing: the modified grinder needs adjustment to fit the unpressurized basket. This is one of my discoveries, and more discoveries and posts will follow. May God grant success! 🥰
